We invite you to consider our firm’s name, Level Mediation, focusing for now on the word “level”. Conflicts between real people develop when the outcome sought by one person translates into an undesirable outcome for someone else. We invite your thoughts on the components of our US-centric culture which create inequality between people and their empowerment. Your thoughts – including healthy discourse and examples – are welcome!
